How to load a pneumatic trailer?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • Open the pressure relief valve first and discharge the remaining compressed air into the tank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2. Open the cap of the filler hole and insert the filter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    1. Discharge piping<\/strong>Connect it to the discharge pipe and place the sealing ring when connecting to the discharge pipe. Open the front and rear air inlet valves. Close the pressure relief valve, external air source valve, secondary blow-off valve and discharge butterfly valve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Air compressor: Start the engine and air compressor gently. Then gradually increase the fuel, so that the air compressor can reach the rated speed and inflate the cement tank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Blow-off valve<\/strong>When the pressure rises to approximately 0.15MPa, open the secondary auxiliary blow-off valve to clear the discharge pipe, make sure the discharge pipe is not blocked, and then close the secondary auxiliary blow-off valve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Cleaning<\/strong>When the pressure drops to approximately 0.02MPa and stabilizes, the cement in the tank is almost completely discharged and cleaning of the tank begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Closing<\/strong>Close the front air inlet valve and operate only the rear air inlet valve. Observe the pressure gauge. If the pressure rises, it indicates that there is still residual material in the rear of the tank. After the pressure rises and then drops to approximately 0.02MPa, it indicates that the rear is discharged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
