- Connect the discharge piping, close the sealing ring, open and then close the inlet/outlet valves of the front/rear air chambers, followed by the pressure relief valve, external air source, secondary air and discharge butterfly valves.
- Start the engine and air compressor, gradually increase the fuel to reach rated speed and inflate the cement tank.
- When it has 0.15Mpa, open the secondary air ball valve to clear the discharge pipe and then close it.
- When 0.2Mpa is reached, open the discharge butterfly valve to start discharge.
- Close the front air chamber, use only the rear chamber and check the pressure. If it rises to 0.02Mpa, continue discharging.
- If the pressure does not increase, the rear is unloaded; then open the front air chamber and repeat the process.
- Confirm that there is no residue, stop the engine and compressor, open the pressure relief valve, close the discharge butterfly valve, remove the hose and store it.

2) How to load cement tankers?
1. Before loading cement into the cement tanker truckTo prevent accidents, first open the exhaust valve to make sure that the air in the tank has been expelled.
2. Then open the hatch cover, place the filter, and then load cement or other dry powdered materials.
3. After loading, clean cement or other dust on the seal ring and close the hatch cover tightly.
4. Finally, close the exhaust valve, and make sure that the butterfly and discharge valves are closed to avoid leaks during transport.
Fastest way to unload bulk cement
Different modes of cement transportation also have different unloading methods; the fastest unloading method is to use the pneumatic cement unloading system. Cement is transferred from the tanker truck to the storage silo or other storage containers by means of air compressors.
3) How does the cement tanker work?
The most crucial thing about cement trailers is the work of the air compressor. The compressed air is transported through the pipeline to the air chamber in the sealed tank, so that the particles inside can be suspended. When the pressure inside the tank reaches a certain value, the discharge valve can be opened and the material inside can be transported through the pipeline.

5) How to unload the cement tank trailer safely?
1. The discharge pipe should be connected first. When the discharge pipeline is connected, the sealing ring should be closed; the inlet and outlet valves of the front and rear air chambers should be opened first, then the valves are closed: pressure relief ball valve, external air source ball valve, secondary air ball valve, discharge butterfly valve.
2. Start the engine and air compressor gently. Then gradually give more fuel so that the air compressor can reach rated speed and inflate the cement tank.
3. When the pressure rises to 0.15Mpa, open the secondary air ball valve to clear the discharge pipe, making sure the discharge pipe is not blocked. Then the secondary air ball valve can be closed.
4. When the pressure is 0.2Mpa, the discharge butterfly valve should be opened to start the discharge.

5. Close the front air chamber and only let the rear air chamber take in air. Observe the pressure gauge and if it goes up. If it rises, it means it is not unloaded. When the pressure rises to 0.02Mpa, start unloading.
6. If the pressure value does not rise, it indicates that the rear part has been discharged. When it indicates that the rear part finishes discharging, the front air chamber opens inside the valve ball, the same principle as that of the rear air chamber.
7. Finally, confirm that there is no residue in the front and rear air chambers. Then turn off the engine and air compressor. Open the pressure relief ball valve. Close the discharge butterfly valve. Remove the quick exhaust assembly. Remove the hose and store it in the vehicle. The unloading job is complete.
