How does a pneumatic trailer work?
The working principle of the pneumatic trailer is that the motor transmits power to the air compressor through the transmission device, the compressed air enters the tank, and the powdered material is fluidized through the fluidized bed.
When the pressure reaches 0.2Mpa, due to the pressure difference between inside and outside of the tank, the powdery materials are transported together with air to the designated position outside of the tank through the discharge pipe. How to load a pneumatic trailer?
- Open the pressure relief valve first and discharge the remaining compressed air into the tank.
- 2. Open the cap of the filler hole and insert the filter.
- 3. Start loading cement into the tank.
- 4. After loading, clean the cement in the seal ring and then close the filler hole cap tightly.
- 5. Close the pressure relief valve, and check valves such as the discharge butterfly valve to prevent cement leakage during transport.
How to unload the pneumatic trailer?
1. Discharge pipingConnect it to the discharge pipe and place the sealing ring when connecting to the discharge pipe. Open the front and rear air inlet valves. Close the pressure relief valve, external air source valve, secondary blow-off valve and discharge butterfly valve.
2. Air compressor: Start the engine and air compressor gently. Then gradually increase the fuel, so that the air compressor can reach the rated speed and inflate the cement tank.
3. Blow-off valveWhen the pressure rises to approximately 0.15MPa, open the secondary auxiliary blow-off valve to clear the discharge pipe, make sure the discharge pipe is not blocked, and then close the secondary auxiliary blow-off valve.
4. Start downloadWhen the pressure rises to 0.2MPa, open the discharge butterfly valve to start discharge.
5. CleaningWhen the pressure drops to approximately 0.02MPa and stabilizes, the cement in the tank is almost completely discharged and cleaning of the tank begins.
6. ClosingClose the front air inlet valve and operate only the rear air inlet valve. Observe the pressure gauge. If the pressure rises, it indicates that there is still residual material in the rear of the tank. After the pressure rises and then drops to approximately 0.02MPa, it indicates that the rear is discharged.
If the pressure does not rise again, the back end has been discharged. After confirming that there is no material remaining in the rear of the tank, open the front inlet valve and close the rear valve to clear the remaining material in the front of the tank. Similarly, observe the pressure gauge.
If the pressure value rises, it indicates that there is still material in the front of the tank. When the pressure rises and falls to approximately 0.02MPa, it indicates that the front is clean. If the pressure does not increase, there is no material left in the front.
7. CompleteAfter confirming that no material remains in the front or rear of the tank, shut off the engine, stop the air compressor, open the pressure relief valve, close the unloading butterfly valve, remove the unloading quick disconnect and return the unloading lines to the vehicle. Finish unloading.
