Emily: My first customer after joining PANDA
On the morning of June 15, 2016, I received an inquiry from a Venezuelan customer who was looking for a 30T bulk cement trailer. We recommended the 2 axle powder cement tank according to the customer's situation.
Because there is a 12-hour time difference, I choose to communicate with the customer in our evening and the customer is on business hours. At the beginning, the customer was at the price comparison stage.
A week later, he gave me the configuration sheet and said it was very similar to our tank, and asked us to give the best price. Adhering to the principle of honesty, our quotes are generally based on durable configurations that are well received by customers, but if it comes to price comparison, our prices will be in the mid to high levels.
Because the product quality and the use of accessories are different. There are also many small factories. If the customer really have a budget problem, we will also give an economical solution.
At the initial stage, we explained the features and advantages of our product to customers one by one, and we also went to the factory to make video calls with customers, so that they could see our production lines, our welding seams and large machines in real life.
Customers feel that we are more reliable than our competitors because of our delivery. So they did not mention to reduce the configuration, of course, we also gave the biggest discount we could do. We equipped some accessories at equal prices as support and discount, which is convenient for customers' future use.
On 29, 2016, we received a deposit from the customer. After 28 days, the customer's cement powder tank. has been producedand the customer will pay the balance after inspecting the tank. We arranged the shipment directly at the beginning of August. Due to the transshipment, the customer received his tank after 2 months. When the tank arrived at the port, we sent the operation instruction video.
In early November, we followed up on the tank usage. The customer said it was excellent. Because the waiting time for the transshipment was longer than planned, we asked if it had rust. The customer said no, everything is fine.
Our powder tank customers have been using it for almost 5 years and they are still in good condition.
