These 60 cement trailers have a load capacity of 55 tons with an empty weight of 6 tons. It is equipped with 3 sets of FUWA axles to support the entire operating system, which considers both load capacity and easy-to-control design.
Improved Tank Design
Compared to the previous version, our bulk cement improved applies a tank bed with a higher angle to help accelerate discharge efficiency. Welded and assembled by line work with automatic robots, the tank is of higher quality for longer service life. Like the trailer structure, the cement tank is also made of high-strength steel. The appendix and inner tank materials are cut by a plasma cutting machine to ensure edge accuracy while helping to shorten fabrication time.
Comprehensive Security Measures
To decrease the possibility of accidental falls, Panda installs the safety ladder to help the operator check the unloading condition or maintain the tank. In addition, you can choose to add a linking handrail to ensure additional safety.
The main girder is reinforced both in steel and thickness. The additional row of cross beams can increase the anti-torsion capacity while driving on uneven roads.
Before shipment, the engineering department will perform a strict brake test in case of extreme situations. The test will evaluate the braking distance as well as tire wear to make a report for driving training and maintenance notes.
