Loading pneumatic cement trailer
1. We must ensure safety before loading dry bulk cement into the bulk truck. First we must open the exhaust valve to clear the air in the tank.
2. Open the manhole cover, place the filter and load the dry bulk cement into the cement tank through the manhole cover.
3. After loading, clean the cement from the seal ring, close the manhole cover and then close the butterfly valve to complete the loading.
Unloading of dry bulk truck trailer
1. Connect the discharge piping from the dry bulk conveyor to the cement silo;
2. Pressurize the cement tank to 0.2MPa through the air compressor, and then open the discharge valve to complete the discharge.
