The story began in August 2019. In August, we received inquiries from customers, requesting quotes for powder tanks.
We will help customers solve problems as soon as possible, including but not limited to the specific configuration of the semi-trailer, the price, the goods that can be transported and some maintenance issues.
During this period, we mainly communicated with the purchasing manager. After a period of communication, after several rounds of negotiations, we obtained the customer's purchase order, 52 units as a starting point (cement trailer & flatbed trailer); then the deposit will reach the account within 7 days.
The epidemic started in February 2020. In cooperation with the country's epidemic control, our factory closed. Later, epidemics broke out all over the world. To cope with the national epidemic prevention and control, our factory closed for 20 days. Thank you very much for your understanding.
After the factory resumed work, we complete the production as soon as possible. And when the epidemic is relatively stable, we divide the cement trailers and flatbed trailers into batches, and they are inspected one by one before delivery. After more than ten days of transportation, the customer received his semi-trailer.
Unfortunately, due to the impact of the epidemic, we are unable to fly to train the customer's team, but we continue to do our best to serve our customers by delivering parts for urgent use.
The customer purchases cement trailers primarily to transport cement, and the customer also needs to transport carbon black. The customer said he will buy a 30-ton carbon black trailer at a later stage.
In addition to transporting cement, cement trailers can also transport some dry materials such as fly ash, cement, lime dust, ore dust, granular alkali, PVC granules, etc., whose diameter is not larger than 0.1 mm.

- 2. Excellent performance: Unique design ensuring discharge rate ＞ 1.3t/min, >30m vertical conveying height.
- Quality welding: Good steel with quality welding that supports a longer warranty for cement tank trailers.
- 4. Durable paint: The whole vehicle with shot blast cleaning as a base for painting, two coats of primer to ensure a longer life of the paint.
- 5. Cement trailer design: 3D drawing with Ansys & Hypermesh analysis supporting a reasonable design.
